| The man behind the name... |
Hi there! I'm Fraser, Scotland born and bred. After moving to Leeds, I studied Musical Instrument Technology at Leeds College of Music for three years, being awarded a BTEC National Diploma in 2003 and a BTEC Higher National Certificate in 2004. The ND was a two year course in Acoustic Guitar Construction and Violin Construction and Repair. The HNC was one year of Electric Guitar Construction and Repair. So I like to think I’ve got most basses covered! Working from my home workshop, I’ve built up a collection of tools, knowledge and experience that allows me to deliver the highest standard of work at sensible prices. Taking pride in my work is extremely important to me – word of mouth is the best form of advertising and I wouldn’t get the repeat business and recommendations without happy customers. While working toward making guitars for a living, I have been concentrating on the setup and repair side, establishing my business in 2007. I look forward to hearing from you. |
My workshop has been given a fresh new look, from dated textured wallpaper to clean and plain off white. Hopefully you will feel even more welcomed and relaxed, as I aim to give you a pleasant experience whilst discussing your guitar needs, not just once it is returned to you. Please let me know your thoughts on my facebook page! Below: New look |
